Serving children, seniors & families with needs in the broader community of Yachats, Waldport, Seal Rock, Tidewater, & Five Rivers since 1983.

We serve working families, single-parent families, retired and disabled people on fixed incomes, and others. Reducing stress improves health and ability to function at home, at work and at school. Having adequate beds and household furniture and working appliances is a necessity that our community can provide through SLR. Many people are faced with choosing between buying food, filling prescriptions and paying rent or utilities. Additional help is available to address these critical choices through an emergency voucher program designed for crucial situations. All programs are neighbor helping neighbor.

Not a government program... no county, state or federal funds involved.

South Lincoln Resources programs are supported entirely by the community by donations of household goods, durable medical equipment, food and money.

No payroll and low operating costs.

Operating expenses include use of the Keady Center, insurance, voice mail, some office expenses (some office expenses paid for by volunteers), various fees required state agencies and office expenses. Some office expenses are paid by volunteers.
